About this workshop

Bring your stiff winter joints and ease into the warmth of spring. We will begin our time together with 50 minutes of Yin Yoga, embracing poses that target the Liver & Gallbladder meridian which are associated with the Spring, to detoxify the body & mind. Yin yoga assists in stretching the connective tissues, breaking up blockages, and encourages a free flow of energy throughout the body.

After our rejuvenating yin yoga class, we will transition into our kitchens for 60 minutes of guided cooking. We will mindfully and joyfully prepare a vegan mac & cheese along with a fresh juice with ingredients that nourish and detox the liver and gallbladder. Sarah will demonstrate the cooking process in real time so you can see exactly how to prepare the food and follow along in your own kitchen.

Ingredients and recipes will be provided in advance so that you can shop and prepare your cooking space prior to our time together.
