Gratitude Workshop :: Yoga followed by Cook-Along
Time & Location
About this workshop
In celebration of season of gratitude , we are offering our Yoga & Cook-Along Workshop.
Here’s how it works: after you sign up we will send you a list of ingredients ahead of time to cook along in real time with our holistic chef, Sarah. These nourishing creations are all gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
Our guided cooking session is followed by an hour long of Yin Yang Yoga. This movement portion includes breathwork to warm up the body as well as some active movements to introduce heat back in the body and muscles. Then we will gradually transition into a series of long-held passive poses inspired by meridian lines in Chinese Medicine to therapeutically stretch joints, ligaments and connective tissues.
We will be making a plant based Lasagna feautring the ground flavors of sage & butternut squash followed by a cozy herbal chai filled with wonderful ingredients to help support your digestive & immune system.
You are free to experience the workshop in whatever way calls to you. There are opportunities for you to interact, build community and connections with both facilitators and other participants, or you can choose to remain anonymous.
Our workshops are light-hearted and filled with positive energy. You are encouraged to expand through learning something new and deepening your connection to your mind, body and soul on the mat and in the kitchen.
If you can’t make it to all or any of the live event, please let us know and we will send you a recording.
Support $15 - For folx needing financial assistance.
General Admission $20 - For folx who are able to support our workshop.
Abundance $25 - For folx in a place of abundance who feel called to support those needing financial assistance.
