60 minutes of Yin Yoga - led by Diana. Focusing on the Lung & Large Intestine merdians (energy pathways) that are associated with the season of the Fall. Poses that will support our letting go of the waste, the old & stale in our lives. To transition into the cook along, Diana will lead a 5 minute breathwork exercise to transition from yin before leaving the mat and heading into the kitchen, to open up the lungs and to invigorate before cooking.

60 minutes of Cook Along - Sarah will then lead us into the Kitchen to preparare our nourshing Harvest Salad, a satisfying melange of grounding, comforting fall flavors. Followed by FRUIT PIZZA, to celebrate the brilliant bursts of colors that surround us during fall.

Upon registering you will receive a list of ingredients and tools to have ready in advance so that you can cook along with us.

Or, simply observe and make the meal on your own. Recipes will be provided.

You will have the option to stay after the class as we share a meal together and connect over our nourishing creations!!!
